Using a simple scripting language and templates you can quickly generate descriptions and documentation for resources. This is a command line tool which can be used to process one file or an entire directory tree of files. The Ruleset Description Generator was originally created to generate PDS Labels and was modified to allow the generate of SPASE descriptions. It is available from the Planetary Plasma Interactions (PPI) Node of the NASA's Planetary Data System (PDS).
